This hotel boasts an excellent location near the University of Illinois, along with friendly staff and very clean accommodations. The King Suite I stayed in was perfect for my needs. The complimentary parking and attention to cleanliness. Would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Early check-in, late check-out, tastefully decorated room with very comfy beds as well as coffee machines. Excellent staff with good manners. Marvellous location in the downtown area, next to the common areas for great conversation and Champaign and restaurant options.

inconvenient seating

Encountered multiple issues , particularly with room assignments. We received incorrect keys not once, but twice, leading to awkward moments entering occupied rooms. The breakfast options are limited, made finding a seat during peak times quite the struggle. The shower drained slowly, leaving an unpleasant experience standing in water. Cleaning in common areas, especially seating, could definitely be improved, as the sofas appeared stained and neglected. A lack of ventilation in the bathroom can be an inconvenience for those who value freshness in their space.

Very noisy in our room. We could hear every noise outside and housekeeping decided to vacuum the hallway right outside our door in the morning with our Do Not Disturb posted on our door.

We explored the vibrant downtown and visited the University of Illinois campus. The hotel was super clean with a nice breakfast and convenient location. The nearby Perkins was an added bonus for meals. Totally recommend this place for a fun getaway.

The only downside was the AC in our room. It was pretty loud and disruptive.

No courtesy coach and difficult to reach with bags as not on a regular bus route.

Walking distance from around campus. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean, and overall very comfortable.

The coffeemaker was stored in the bathroom and there is little space between the second bed and the desk, but the space it's definitely usable.
